Pathub (pathub.ai) is a subscription-based service operated by Ada X LLC. All subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed. By subscribing to any of our plans — Starter ($49/mo), Professional ($99/mo), or Enterprise ($199/mo) — you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
We process all payments through Stripe. This policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our business while remaining compliant with applicable payment processing requirements.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@adax.ltd. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have full access to all features of your plan until the billing period expires.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following limited circumstances:
- Service termination by Ada X: If we terminate your account or discontinue the service without cause, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical or administrative error, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge upon verification.
- Duplicate charges: If you were billed more than once for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
Any exceptions beyond these situations are handled on a case-by-case basis at Ada X's sole discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Violation of terms: If your account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.
- Partial month usage: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, regardless of when during the billing cycle you cancel.
- Change of mind: Refunds are not available simply because you decided you no longer need the service after your billing period has begun.
- Already-used service: If you have actively used the platform during the billing period in question, the subscription fee for that period is non-refundable.
- Failure to cancel: If you forgot to cancel before your renewal date, the renewed subscription fee is non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us:

- Include your account email, the charge date, the amount in question, and the reason for your request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to verify your claim before processing any refund.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days from the date of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Please note that Ada X is not responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account and access to the service.
- Forfeiture of any data or content associated with your account.
- Collection efforts for any outstanding amounts owed, including chargeback fees incurred by Ada X.
If you have a legitimate billing concern, we are committed to resolving it fairly and promptly when you reach out to us directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
Ada Xreserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page to reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
